Job summary

Jobot is seeking a technical sales leader in the United States to drive aluminum processing equipment sales and solutions. You will develop key accounts, lead technical and commercial discussions, and tailor proposals to customer needs.

You will collaborate with Operations, Marketing & Technology, R&D, and Customer Support, represent at industry events, and help customers optimize furnace and casting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in metallurgy, materials science, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in technical sales, process engineering, or product management in metals.
• Proven success in B2B industrial sales with cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets by maintaining and growing accounts and identifying opportunities.
• Lead technical and commercial discussions with customers to define performance challenges and tailored solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals, value analyses, and cost models for aluminum products and services.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing & Technology, R&D, Product Management, and Customer Support.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
