Job summary

Norsk Hydro is seeking an experienced sales professional to grow market share in the upper Midwest US, focusing on Wisconsin and Illinois. You will manage existing accounts, develop new customers, and showcase value-added aluminum extrusion services across our network.

The role reports to the East Regional Sales Manager and requires strong relationship-building, pricing and contract skills, with travel as needed for strategic opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of frontline sales account management experience.
• Marketing or business degree or equivalent in education/experience.
• Pricing, negotiation and contracts knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct primary sales account interface and represent the company to the customer base.
• Develop customer relationships to drive retention and market share growth.
• Grow a new business pipeline within existing and new customers.
