Job summary

Hydro Extrusions in North America is seeking a high-performing sales professional to grow market share in non-automotive markets across the upper Midwest, focusing on Wisconsin and Illinois. You will manage existing accounts and develop new business, emphasizing value-added services such as fabrication and finishing.

Reporting to the East Regional Sales Manager, you will build long-term customer relationships, forecast opportunities, and collaborate with operations to deliver on commitments.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of front-line sales account management experience.
• Marketing or business degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Pricing, negotiation and contracts knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers to represent Hydro Extrusions and manage accounts.
• Develop relationships to grow retention and market share.
• Sell value-added services like fabrication and finishing.
• Establish and grow a new business pipeline across existing and new customers.
• Forecast, analyze, report, and generate market insights for sales strategy.
• Collaborate with customer service and plant operations to resolve issues.
• Prepare updates and reports; take on special regional projects.
