MuniBilling is seeking an Alliance Partnership Manager (Remote) to drive revenue growth by building and managing a vibrant partner ecosystem across PropTech, GovTech, and property-management channels. You will own partnerships from outreach to joint go-to-market plans and co-sell motions.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, CRM discipline, and the use of AI-enabled tools to enable research, enablement, and reporting while maintaining human ownership of commitments.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in strategic alliances or related commercial roles.
• Proven ownership from sourcing to activation and growth.
• Strong collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Legal and executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an ecosystem strategy across PropTech, GovTech, multifamily, and MSO partners.
• Identify, qualify, prioritize, and recruit partners based on strategic fit and commercial potential.
• Own partnership development from outreach through onboarding and growth.
• Lead partner negotiations and governance with executive and Finance teams.
• Maintain partner profiles, opportunity records, and CRM updates.
• Collaborate with Marketing on co-marketing and enablement.
• Use AI-enabled insights to improve qualification, enablement, and reporting.
