ADT is hiring Remote Technical Alarm Specialists to support Installation and Servicing of customer alarm equipment from home. The role involves troubleshooting, remote installations, and promoting ADT security solutions with a focus on delivering a premium customer experience.

Requirements include a high school diploma (or equivalent), 1 year of tech service experience, and strong problem-solving skills. Private home office and reliable internet are required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college credits or a degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of technical service experience is required.
• Strong technical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• One year of home security systems technician experience is highly preferred.
• Work from home requires a private quiet workspace and adequate internet bandwidth.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with customers to understand security needs and promote ADT products and services.
• Provide top-notch technical assistance to existing customers via scheduled outbound calls.
• Troubleshoot and install ADT products and services and explain issues clearly to customers.
• Showcase in-depth knowledge of ADT products to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Educate customers on system functionality and identify additional security/home automation solutions.
