Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or international equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Read, write, fluently speak and understand English.
• Bilingual language skills may be required in some locations.
• Completion of pre-employment drug screen and comprehensive background check.
• Must fulfill FAA background checks for SIDA eligibility, if applicable.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the airport and at the ticket area.
• Assist customers with self-service kiosks and baggage processing.
• Verify travel documents for international travelers using Timatic where needed.
• Queue lines and manage customer flow at peak times.
• Assist with checked baggage processing and weight verification.
• Refer customers to service agents when appropriate.
• Operate kiosks and communicate IT issues when needed.
• Ensure compliance with FAA, TSA, and DOT regulations.
