Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells air travel to the public.
• Assists passengers with check-in and cargo arrangements.
• Translates travel rules and requirements for domestic and international shipments.
• Meets and dispatches aircraft within scheduled times.
• Provides assistance to distressed passengers and customers.
• Protects company assets and revenue and ensures safe travel.
