• Maintain ongoing learning with yearly refresher training.
• Work remotely from home, operating fully online with scheduled breaks.
• Shift work includes day, evening, overnight, weekends, and holidays as required for a 24‑hour operation.
• Perform required overtime per company policy.
• Meet performance goals and receive coaching for continuous development.
