Have the physical and dexterity to use motor skills to perform a variety of work-related tasks. Uses organizational skills to accomplish multiple tasks in a short period of time. Self-motivating and requires minimal maintenance. Responds and assists during security and emergency situations. Supports internal/external processes and procedures. Escalators can be operated and operated on various types of aircraft to board and disembark passengers. May be required to perform passenger operations management duties including air communications and tower duties. Depending on the location of the airport, this post may work in different weather conditions. Due to airline operations, customer service agents work shifts that include regular and/or extended hours, weekends and holidays.
