Job summary
Celestica's Advisor, Business Development role focuses on applying Generative AI and process automation to drive quotes, bids, and market insights. You will partner with Operations, Business Development, and Supply Chain to surface high-value opportunities and coordinate customer visits.
You will design AI agents, test workflows, and measure ROI, while training teams on prompt engineering and translating business needs into technical specs for IT. Remote position with US travel as needed.
Qualifications

- Ability to surface high-value opportunities with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills for market and data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Identify use cases and strategy for Generative AI and automation.
- Design AI agents and workflows to improve quote analysis and documentation.
- Measure ROI and ensure AI deployments meet safety and quality standards.
- Scope pilots, run discovery workshops, and oversee UAT for AI tools.
- Train teams on prompt engineering and integration of AI tools.
- Translate business needs into technical specs for IT and software teams.
- Support quote activities with customer teams and prepare bids/proposals.
- Summarize market information and competitive landscape for customers.
- Track win/loss analyses and forecast customer demand.
