Qualifications

• Experience in operational consulting, product management, business analytics, or solutions architecture with demonstrated AI adoption.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Bonus points for experience with hyperscalers and enterprise customers on data management equipment.

Responsabilités

• Identify high-value AI and automation opportunities with cross-functional leaders.
• Design, prompt, and test AI agents and automated workflows.
• Establish metrics and monitor ROI for AI deployments.
• Scope pilots, run discovery workshops, and oversee user acceptance testing.
• Train teams on prompt engineering and AI tool integration into SOPs.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for IT/development teams.
• Support quote activity and prepare bids/proposals for key customers.
• Coordinate customer visits and conduct market research summaries.
