Syntax is seeking a Business AI Advisor to help enterprise customers identify high-value AI opportunities and translate them into measurable business outcomes. You’ll work with Manufacturing and Retail industries, combining advisory expertise with deep enterprise technology understanding and commercial accountability.

Lead AI discovery sessions, build business cases, and advise on GenAI and automation, shaping AI strategy across ERP, APIs, and data platforms.

Qualifications

Meaningful expertise in at least one priority industry.
Practical enterprise AI experience across GenAI, agentic AI, and intelligent automation.
Strong understanding of enterprise processes, ERP, workflows, APIs, and business rules.
Proven customer advisory experience with executive discovery and value propositions.

Responsibilities

Lead AI discovery sessions with executives and operators to identify challenges and opportunities.
Prioritize AI use cases based on business value and feasibility.
Build business cases and value propositions to support AI investments.
Advise on GenAI, agentic AI, copilots, and intelligent automation.
Translate needs into AI concepts with architects and delivery teams.
Show how AI integrates with data, workflows, and APIs across the enterprise.
Develop opportunities with account teams and partners, driving expansion.
Contribute to industry thought leadership through customer stories and events.
