Formación
- 5+ years in senior Workforce Management, Operations, or Strategic Workforce Planning in financial services or fintech.
- Proven ability to influence across Finance, Legal, Compliance, Ops, and senior CX leadership without direct authority.
- Experience with AI-informed workforce models and back-office capacity planning.
Responsabilidades
- Lead AI-informed capacity planning and scenario planning for Compliance and new product launches.
- Present complex workforce dynamics and risk to executive leadership with clear, decision-ready narratives.
- Partner with Ops, Finance, Product, Legal, and Compliance to align on priorities and resourcing.
- Develop cost models and OpEx forecasts incorporating AI/automation gains.
- Drive initiatives from concept to execution and ensure regulatory targets are met.
