Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

As a freelance role (1099), you’ll receive weekly payments and can work from home or while traveling. Earn up to $15 USD/hr with potential incentives based on project needs and performance.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail; ability to replay/zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining realistic scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural, useful, and clear each response sounds.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio/video misalignment.
• Rating outputs on dimensions like adherence and realism and writing a concise English explanation of findings.
