Job summary

Aceolution is seeking a Tools & Transformation Lead for Field Operations on the US East Coast. You will define and drive the tools/platform strategy for AV, mapping, and mobility programs, building scalable AI-enabled solutions.

You will lead AI/GenAI-driven transformation initiatives, analytics platforms, and automation frameworks to optimize productivity, reduce costs, and scale global operations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in field operations, mobility, logistics, or AV programs.
• Experience in tools transformation and digital transformation roles.
• Proven ability to build and scale operational tools/platforms.
• Experience leading AI/GenAI or analytics-driven transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of field operations, program management, and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the tools and platform strategy for large-scale field operations programs (AV / Mapping / Mobility).
• Lead development and deployment of field operations management tools and scheduling platforms.
• Drive adoption of GenAI, analytics, and automation frameworks across operations.
• Partner with AI vendors and internal teams for solution deployment.
