Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in consulting,peopleanalytics, HR technology, or adjacent fields; hands-on exposure to job architecture, rewards, or assessment programs is a strong plus.
• Practical experience applying AI/ML or advanced analytics to workforce or HR use cases.
• Demonstrated proficiency in finance/accounting and business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Design and sell advisory projects.
• Lead client engagements related to transformation; synthesize findings into clear recommendations and implementation roadmaps.
• Speak about AI and transformation and facilitate workshops.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert on AI and transformation.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to bring a unified AI perspective to client solutions.
• Develop pointsofview, case studies, and client-ready content on AI's impact on talent and rewards; support GTM initiatives.
