Jobgether SRL seeks a Principal, AI Transformation Lead in the United States to drive executive-level AI strategy, win transformation engagements, and lead delivery with senior client stakeholders. You’ll build pipelines, run executive workshops, and guide partners through prototype-based AI solutions.

The role blends business development with hands-on delivery, requiring strong change management and the ability to operate in evolving pricing and delivery models.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in consulting or professional services with selling and delivering client work.
• Proven success selling advisory engagements including six- and seven-figure deals.
• Ability to build a pipeline independently via outbound activity and thought leadership.
• Experience leading AI or transformation in complex enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of AI transformation business from opportunity through sale, delivery and client success.
• Carry a bookings target and manage pricing, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline through executive outreach and thought leadership.
• Partner with sales teams to identify opportunities and coordinate co-selling within enterprise accounts.
• Lead client discovery to understand business models and opportunities for AI value.
• Develop first-stage AI prototypes or workflows in client environments to demonstrate feasibility.
