You will lead engagements, develop governance around responsible AI, and collaborate across Talent Solutions to integrate analytics, advisory, and technology.

Remote-first with North American collaboration; ~20% travel. The role requires 5–8+ years in consulting or related fields, strong AI/ML experience, and a quantitative degree.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in consulting, people analytics, HR tech, or related fields.
• Experience applying AI/ML or advanced analytics to HR use cases (skills inference, role redesign, etc.).
• Proven finance/accounting and business strategy proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and sell advisory projects for AI-driven transformations.
• Lead client engagements; synthesize findings into recommendations and roadmaps.
• Speak about AI and transformation; facilitate workshops.
