Outlier is seeking talented OpenClaw Agent Builders to shape the future of autonomous agents. This freelance, remote role pays up to $50 USD/hr and offers weekly payments, with compensation varying by expertise and project requirements.

As a contributor, you’ll write eval rubrics, debug agent traces, and stress test agents, helping to train LLMs to perform multi-step orchestration in real-world workflows. Experience with backend systems, AI automation, and integrating live tools is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation.
• Practical experience building for live environments and multi-turn system interactions.
• Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback.
• Nice to have experience with multi-stage coordination tasks.
