Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Strong ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation.
• Experience in live environments and multi-turn system interactions.

Responsibilities

• Write Eval Rubrics to guide agent behavior.
• Debug Agent Traces and identify failures.
• Stress test Agent performance under load.
