Outlier is seeking talented OpenClaw Agent Builders to shape the future of autonomous agents. This freelance, remote opportunity pays up to $50 USD/hr with weekly payments and flexible scheduling.

You’ll contribute to training agents that coordinate complex workflows and interact with live tools and APIs, working with a world-class team. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in backend engineering or AI automation, plus hands-on experience building production-grade software and handling multi-turn

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Ability to build production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic processing, and reporting).
• Practical experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
