You will join a collaborative team shaping autonomous agent architectures and improving multi-step workflows across live environments. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in backend engineering or AI automation, with experience building production systems and handling live, multi-turn interactions.

Formación

• 2+ years of backend engineering or AI automation experience.
• Proven ability to build production‑grade software with modular services.
• Experience with live non-mocked environments and multi-turn system interactions.

Responsabilidades

• Write Eval Rubrics to evaluate agent outputs.
• Debug Agent Traces to identify issues in real-time.
• Stress Test Agent to ensure robustness under load.
