Outlier is seeking OpenClaw Agent Builders to shape the future of autonomous agents. This freelance, remote role offers pay up to $50 USD/hr with weekly payments and flexible hours. Most experts work 5-10 hrs/week, up to 40 hours.

You will help train LLM-like systems by writing eval rubrics, debugging traces, and stress testing agents, contributing to real-world AI projects across multiple tools and environments. Prior backend/AI experience is valuable.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic processing, reporting).
• Practical experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
