Job summary

Output Biosciences is seeking a recruiter to own the full-cycle process across AI/ML and research roles, building a strong candidate pipeline and screening with technical depth. You will lead outreach, interviews, and negotiations in a stealthy startup environment.

You will shape hiring strategy, represent the company at AI conferences and biotech events, and partner with founders to deliver a rigorous, human candidate experience while managing the ATS and compensation discussions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting in AI/ML or engineering.
• Sourcing niche technical talent in competitive markets.
• Screen AI/ML researchers; assess publications and depth.
• Proactive sourcing strategies; build long-term relationships.
• Familiarity with AI/ML conferences, labs and communities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting across AI/ML and research roles.
• Build candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.
• Conduct first-round screenings with technical fluency in AI/ML.
• Design and improve screening frameworks and interview processes.
• Represent Output Biosciences at conferences and biotech events.
• Partner with founders to define roles and hiring strategy.
• Own ATS; ensure pipeline data quality and reporting.
• Structure compensation and negotiate offers including equity.
