Job summary

Wintermeyer Ventures is seeking an early Recruiting Hire to lead end-to-end hiring for engineering and other technical roles, partnering with leadership to build the recruiting function for a fast-moving technical team.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting for software engineering, infrastructure, applied AI, and product engineering, and build outbound sourcing pipelines to attract strong candidates. This role is remote within the United States, with San Francisco as the primary location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of technical recruiting experience in fast-growth environments.
• Proven ability to source, engage, and close engineering candidates.
• Experience building outbound sourcing pipelines from scratch.
• Familiarity with software engineering, infrastructure, full-stack, and AI roles.
• Comfort using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, sourcing tools, and email sequencing.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for software engineering, infrastructure, applied AI, and product engineering roles.
• Build outbound sourcing pipelines for technical candidates from AI labs and startups.
• Partner with leadership on hiring strategy, interview design, and candidate closing.
• Deliver a thoughtful, responsive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Establish recruiting systems, templates, and talent market maps.
