Job summary

Abacus.AI is seeking a hands-on Solutions Architect/Technical Lead to deploy our Super Assistant in customer environments. You’ll own architecture, integration design, and end-to-end rollout, working shoulder-to-shoulder with customer engineers.

Bring deep experience in deploying software, designing data flows and APIs, and communicating complex concepts to executives and technical teams for successful production deployments.

Qualifications

• Bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders and explain LLM concepts.
• Hands-on GenAI, prompt engineering, RAG architectures knowledge.
• Understanding ML lifecycle from data prep to evaluation metrics.
• Experience managing technical software rollouts in large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and integration design with customer teams.
• Prototype apps and integrations with AI-driven development.
• Own deployment of Super Assistant across customer teams.
• Translate customer goals into concrete technical scope.
• Feed product roadmap with field-level patterns and gaps.
• Lead executive and technical QBRs with ROI metrics.
• Identify expansion opportunities with Sales.
