Qualifications

• 5+ years as Telephony/VoIP engineer or equivalent role.
• Strong understanding of SIP (RFC 3261) and RTP debugging.
• Solid networking fundamentals and cloud CPaaS experience.

Responsibilities

• Own integration work with SIP/CCaaS/CPaaS platforms.
• Troubleshoot call failures using PCAP, SIP traces, and logs.
• Serve as primary tech contact for enterprise clients post-onboarding.
• Translate feedback into actionable product improvements.
