Job summary

Glocomms is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to implement AI-powered voice solutions for enterprise customers. The role blends software engineering, customer engagement, solution architecture, and product feedback.

You will partner with technical and business stakeholders to deploy scalable AI systems, gathering field insights to influence product direction and drive execution across customer deployments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience delivering software solutions in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Hands-on coding experience in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Familiarity with LLMs, generative AI applications and conversational AI systems.
• Strong project ownership mindset with proactive risk management and execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment of AI-powered voice solutions from prototypes to production.
• Be a subject matter expert on conversational AI and LLM-based systems, including prompt engineering best practices.
• Build full-stack integrations using Python and JavaScript, connecting AI with CRM, ERP, scheduling, and other platforms.
• Collaborate with customers to gather requirements, develop proofs-of-concept, and present technical solutions.
• Manage project scope, identify blockers, and report status to stakeholders.
• Create reusable tools, frameworks, and implementation patterns for scalable deployments.
• Work with product and GTM teams to translate customer feedback into platform improvements.
