Job summary

Genesys, a leader in AI-powered customer experience, seeks an AI Architect, Presales to shape how enterprises apply AI across Genesys Cloud AI and data ecosystems.

You will guide solution architecture for self-service, agent assistance, journey management, and back-office automation, coordinating with Sales, Professional Services, Product Management and Engineering to move opportunities from discovery to production pilots.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing enterprise AI solutions with ML/NLP/LLMs and orchestration.
• Judgment on tradeoffs across model selection, latency, cost, explainability, governance.
• Experience integrating AI with enterprise platforms and RESTful APIs.
• Real-time enterprise solutions with attention to latency, reliability and security.
• Prompt design, context management, and AI workflow optimization.
• Proven ability to deliver demonstrations connecting architecture to business value.
• Experience partnering with sales on technical discovery and design.
• Executive communication to influence CIO/CTO and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Architect production-ready AI systems for CX use cases with LLMs, deterministic workflows, and tools.
• Design scalable RAG and enterprise knowledge architectures balancing latency, security, and governance.
• Establish AI evaluation and observability frameworks linking accuracy and cost to outcomes.
• Engineer contextual AI experiences using real-time data across channels and touchpoints.
• Optimize architectures for scalability, latency, throughput, and cost with caching and context management.
• Drive presales engagements through discovery, demonstrations, sandbox testing, and value assessments.
• Develop and validate AI prototypes for production pilots with KPIs and latency criteria.
• Demonstrate value of Genesys Cloud AI by aligning capabilities to customer requirements.
• Scale field capability with assets and enablement for solution consultants and partners.
• Influence product and GTM direction from field feedback and customer requirements.
