Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Senior AI Architect, Presales to shape how global enterprises apply AI to customer experience. You will guide technical direction, connect Genesys Cloud AI with enterprise data and workflows, and lead solution architecture across self-service, agent assistance and orchestration.

You will partner with sales, Professional Services, Product Management and Engineering to move opportunities from discovery to production pilots, evaluating latency, cost, governance and business

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience designing and architecting enterprise AI solutions using ML, NLP, retrieval-based systems, LLMs and orchestration patterns
• Architectural judgment across model selection, latency, cost, governance and security
• Deep expertise integrating AI with enterprise platforms, RESTful APIs and cloud ecosystems
• Real-time enterprise solutions with attention to latency, reliability and scalability
• Experience with AI evaluation, governance, observability, and cost control
• Proficiency with prompt design, context management and AI workflow optimization
• Proven ability to create demos, prototypes and presentations linking architecture decisions to business value
• Strong collaboration with sales teams on technical discovery and solution design

Responsibilities

• Architect production-ready AI systems for customer experience use cases with LLMs, RAG, tools, and orchestrations
• Design scalable RAG and enterprise knowledge architectures for accuracy, relevance and freshness
• Establish AI evaluation and observability frameworks connected to business outcomes
• Engineer contextual AI experiences using real-time data for cross-channel interactions
• Optimize architectures for scalability, latency, throughput and cost across models and contexts
• Lead presales engagements through technical discovery, demos, sandbox trials, and value assessments
• Develop prototypes and validate latency, KPIs and business outcomes in collaboration with teams
• Demonstrate platform value by linking Genesys Cloud AI capabilities to customer requirements
• Scale field capability via reusable assets, workshops, and enablement for teams
• Influence product direction by translating customer needs into actionable guidance
