You will lead solution architecture for self-service, agent assistance, journey management, and back-office automation while partnering with sales, Professional Services and Product Management. You will influence CIO/CTO stakeholders, connect architecture decisions to enterprise transformation, and help

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing enterprise AI solutions with ML, NLP, and RAG components.
• Architectural tradeoffs across latency, cost, governance and security.
• Experience integrating AI with enterprise platforms and RESTful APIs.

Responsibilities

• Architect production-ready AI systems for CX use cases using LLMs, tasks, and orchestration.
• Design scalable RAG and enterprise knowledge architectures for accuracy and freshness.
• Establish AI evaluation and observability frameworks linked to business outcomes.
• Engineer contextual AI experiences using real-time data and channel-wide consistency.
• Drive presales engagements with technical discovery, demos, and value assessments.
• Develop reusable technical assets and enablement for field teams.
