Job summary

Talkdesk is seeking a Principal Forward Deployed Engineer to shape how our AI platform is deployed and scaled for top global enterprise customers. You will own end-to-end technical strategy for tier-one accounts, design multi-agent architectures, and raise engineering standards across the FDE org.

You will lead architectural blueprints, internal tooling, and deployment automation, mentoring others while driving high-impact execution from design to production.

Responsibilities

• Architecture and systems strategy for large, global deployments.
• Write production-grade code (Python, TypeScript, Node.js) for AI agents and orchestration layers.
• Serve as primary technical authority for key accounts, de-risking implementations.
