Job summary

Gallagher seeks an AI Business Systems and Prompt Analyst to translate ambiguous business problems into AI use cases and document data needs. You will build low-code AI agents and prompts using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, and related tools, ensuring governance and responsible AI practices.

The role focuses on hands-on analysis, requirement elicitation, and delivering measurable business benefits across Gallagher Benefit Services, with remote work eligible in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–6 years of senior professional experience in AI/business systems analysis.
• Experience designing AI-enabled workflows and prompts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate business problems into AI use cases with measurable outcomes.
• Document functional/non-functional requirements, data sources, and acceptance criteria.
• Map current/future-state processes and AI-influenced decisions.
• Develop and test prompts and low-code AI solutions using Power Platform.
• Collaborate with legal/privacy/risk to ensure Responsible AI practices.
