Job summary

Jobgether partner seeks an AI Strategy & Enterprise Enablement Analyst based in the United States to drive AI-powered workflows and governance across functions. You will design and deploy AI agents, integrate with CRM/ERP via APIs, and create reusable patterns for scale.

You will collaborate with IT and business stakeholders, lead pilots, and report ROI while ensuring responsible AI practices and security. This hybrid role includes quarterly onsite collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in data science, information systems, CS, or related field.
• 2–5 years in software development, data analytics, automation, or related.
• Proficiency in Python with portfolio or samples.
• Hands-on with generative AI platforms and large language model APIs.
• Experience with at least one AI agent framework or workflow automation tool.
• Strong SQL skills; familiarity with Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience integrating business systems via APIs.
• Ability to translate requirements to technical solutions.
• Experience deploying apps on AWS or GCP with security controls.
• Familiarity with AI governance, privacy and regulatory concerns.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain AI agents and automated workflows.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems using APIs and low-code platforms.
• Develop reusable prompt libraries and configurations for organization-wide adoption.
• Evaluate AI platforms with IT on security, cost, and integration needs.
• Monitor performance, drift, cost, and failures; remediate as needed.
• Maintain infrastructure, repositories, access controls, and licenses.
• Collaborate with business functions to define requirements and automation opportunities.
• Lead pilots and AI rollout plans with defined success criteria.
• Establish ROI metrics and report progress to executives.
• Support change management and adoption across processes.
• Contribute to AI governance policies and risk management.
