Job summary

ImageTrend is seeking an AI Business Systems Analyst to design and support AI-driven solutions across enterprise platforms. You will partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into AI use cases, build AI assistants and workflows, and govern secure, scalable deployments that drive measurable business value.

The role supports AI proofs of concept transitioning to production, with a focus on data governance, security, and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field or experience in AI-powered applications and enterprise systems
Experience with AI-powered applications, automations, or enterprise systems
Knowledge of AI concepts including LLMs, prompt engineering, and responsible AI practices

Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI and automation opportunities with business stakeholders
Translate requirements into AI use cases, designs, workflows, data needs and success metrics
Design, test, deploy, and support AI assistants, prompts, and AI-enabled deployments
Develop prompts and retrieval strategies to improve output quality and user adoption
Ensure governance, security, and proper review controls for AI outputs
Collaborate across vendors, IT, security, and business teams to deliver integrated solutions
