Qualifications
- 5+ years in technical consulting or solutions engineering with measurable impact.
- Experience conducting process assessments across business functions.
- Ability to gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders.
- BS/MS in CS, Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI-driven improvement from discovery to delivery.
- Conduct structured discovery to map workflows and opportunities.
- Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and define success criteria.
- Translate requirements into technical designs and integrate AI tools.
- Redesign processes to optimize AI-enabled workflows.
