Job summary

Granicus is seeking an AI Solutions Advisor to drive new demand and customer buy-in for AI-native solutions in a remote, US-based team. You will lead discovery calls, identify high-value AI opportunities, and collaborate with Account Executives and AI engineers to shape solutions for government customers.

This role requires strong communication, experience in public sector sales, and a track record of generating qualified opportunities in a matrix go-to-market model.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing pre-sales or discovery-focused role at a software company.
• Demonstrated ability to run a high cadence of customer meetings.
• Fluent in AI, automation, and agentic concepts and able to discuss business impact.

Responsibilities

• Generate demand and qualify opportunities in assigned territory.
• Conduct high-volume AI discovery calls with public sector prospects and existing customers.
• Scope and propose pre-sales engagements including workshops and demonstrations.
• Maintain Salesforce pipeline hygiene and accurate progression.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and AI Value Engineers on discovery and solutioning.
