Job summary

Granicus is hiring an AI Product Lead to own a delivery team’s product outcomes end-to-end, including problem definition, design, and shipping production front-end code. You will direct AI agent execution modes, enforce review gates, and ensure WCAG and compliance are embedded from day one in a FedRAMP-like environment.

You will collaborate with design and engineering to accelerate delivery velocity while maintaining quality, and you will shape the operating model across teams to raise autonomy

Qualifications

• End-to-end product delivery experience including owning roadmap and outcomes.
• Production front-end engineering with hands-on code contributions.
• Strong design discipline across information architecture and interaction design.
• Experience directing AI coding agents and governance for outputs.
• Familiarity with regulated or high-assurance delivery contexts.
• Ability to operate with high autonomy in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the team’s product outcome from problem definition to in-production software.
• Direct AI agent execution modes (Interactive, Supervised, Fully Autonomous) per workstream.
• Write production front-end code and deliver user experiences within the shared repo.
• Apply rigorous product/design tenets at discovery, design, and prioritization stages.
• Create prompts, evaluation criteria, and acceptance criteria for agent work.
• Enforce human review gates and WCAG/ compliance requirements from the outset.
• Maintain team cadence and contribute to operating model improvements.
• Lead ownership from day one for one delivery team.
