Job summary

Granicus is seeking a highly analytical Analyst to support AI transformation and strategic operations across the company. This role sits within Corporate Strategy & Transformation and works closely with the Director of AI Transformation & Strategic Operations, the Director of Strategic Programs, the Director of Transformation, and the internal AI Engineering team.

The analyst will identify opportunities, structure analyses, support execution, and track impact across functions.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in analytical roles such as IB, consulting, corporate development or strategic finance.
• Strong financial modeling, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
• Structured problem solving and comfort with ambiguity.
• Ability to turn analysis into a clear recommendation and execute against it.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable working across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in AI, automation, operating model design, and business process improvement.
• SaaS or enterprise software experience preferred.
• Experience supporting senior stakeholders or cross-functional teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional AI transformation workstreams from problem definition through implementation.
• Build analyses, models, and executive-ready materials for opportunity sizing and value tracking.
• Map current-state workflows, identify bottlenecks, and document future-state processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Support, Operations, Finance, IT, and Product to drive execution.
• Pilot AI-enabled workflows and process changes.
• Maintain project trackers, meeting notes, and action-item logs across initiatives.
• Define KPIs and track impact such as time saved and productivity gains.
• Prepare polished PowerPoint materials for leadership reviews.
• Conduct internal, customer, and market research to inform recommendations.
• Support program coordination and workstream management across initiatives.
• Develop templates, playbooks, and documentation to improve execution discipline.
