Job summary

Granicus is seeking an Analyst to support AI transformation and strategic operations. This remote, US-based role sits in Corporate Strategy & Transformation and collaborates with senior leaders to identify opportunities, structure analyses, and track impact across multiple functions.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in analytical roles such as consulting or investment banking, with strong financial modeling, Excel, and PowerPoint skills, and a keen interest in AI and SaaS environments.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in analytical roles such as investment banking, management consulting, corporate development, or strategic finance.
• Strong financial modeling, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to turn analysis into actionable recommendations and execute.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional AI transformation workstreams from problem definition through implementation.
• Build analyses, models, and executive-ready materials for opportunity sizing, prioritization, and value tracking.
• Map current-state workflows, identify bottlenecks, and document future-state processes.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Support, Operations, Finance, IT, and Product to gather inputs and drive execution.
• Support pilots of AI-enabled workflows, copilots, and process changes.
• Maintain project trackers, action-item logs, meeting notes, and follow-up across initiatives.
• Define KPIs and track impact (time saved, cycle-time reduction, productivity gains, cost reduction).
• Prepare polished PowerPoint materials and supporting analysis for leadership reviews.
• Conduct internal, customer, and market research to inform recommendations.
• Support program coordination across concurrent transformation initiatives.
• Develop reusable templates, playbooks, and documentation to improve execution discipline.
