Job summary

Frontline Education Group is seeking a hands-on AI Engineer to design, build, and ship production-grade features powered by modern LLMs. You will partner with product, data, platform, and Customer Experience teams to turn real-world problems into reliable AI solutions with measurable outcomes.

You will own end-to-end development of LLM features, build RAG pipelines, implement safety guardrails, and collaborate across DevOps/MLOps to enable CI/CD, monitoring, and telemetry.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years in applied ML/AI or backend engineering with demonstrable production impact.
• Hands-on experience deploying AI/ML features in production environments.
• Strong Python skills and software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience with LLMs, vector databases, and RAG workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development of LLM features from problem framing to monitoring.
• Build retrieval-augmented generation pipelines and document orchestration.
• Implement safe prompts, tool use, and guardrails for privacy and bias.
• Collaborate with DevOps/MLOps to enable CI/CD, data/versioning, and feature flags.
• Instrument user journeys with telemetry and run A/B tests to improve CX outcomes.
