Convey is seeking a Software Engineer to join our SF-based team building AI-powered digital teammates for enterprise customers. You’ll own core product workflows, from harness engineering to frontend patterns, enabling operators to scale work with autonomy.

Collaborate with customers and engineers to translate real learnings into scalable features, make thoughtful technical decisions in a fast-moving startup, and use modern AI tools to move quickly with high quality.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve core AI product workflows, from harness engineering, to infrastructure, to frontend interaction patterns, and everything in between.
• Collaborate directly with customers and the team to turn real learnings into scalable product features
• Make thoughtful product and technical decisions in a fast-moving environment
• Use modern AI tools to move quickly while maintaining a high quality bar
