Job summary

Convey is seeking a Software Engineer to join our SF-based team building AI-powered digital teammates for enterprise customers. You’ll own core product workflows, from harness engineering to frontend patterns, enabling operators to scale work with autonomy.

Collaborate with customers and engineers to translate real learnings into scalable features, make thoughtful technical decisions in a fast-moving startup, and use modern AI tools to move quickly with high quality.

Software Engineer — Convey

Convey is building digital teammates for the world's leading enterprises.

Today, most companies still rely on highly capable operators manually moving information between systems, managing workflows, and holding critical business processes together. While AI has dramatically increased leverage for engineers, operators have largely been left behind.

Convey changes that.

Our platform enables non-technical teams to build, deploy, and manage AI-powered digital teammates that can execute work autonomously across applications, systems, and workflows. These teammates learn by observing operators, execute work autonomously, and help organizations scale without adding headcount.

Since October, Convey teammates have completed over 1.2M hours of real work inside companies including NBCUniversal, Pinterest, Samsara, Univision, ChargePoint, and others. Backed by Khosla Ventures, Pear VC, and SV Angel, we're entering our next phase of growth and building the foundational GTM team that will define how Convey scales.

What you’ll do
