Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, 3 years owning entire projects and outcomes.
• 1-2 years experience at an early stage startup (<7 employees).
• A track record of building clever, user-centric workflows that stitch together complex technology.
• Strong communicator: you can break down complex ideas clearly and concisely, and ask the right questions.

Responsibilities

• Build intuitive and expressive full-stack workflows that enable manipulation of thousands of documents.
• Use LLMs and OCR at scale to comprehend and extract information with industry-leading accuracy.
• Own high-impact features ranging from core functionality to internal tooling, performance improvements, and reliability.
• Operate independently while keeping a tight feedback loop with the team and customers.
