We’re seeking an AI Services Lead to join our Client Services team, focusing on Anthropic. You will land the Anthropic account, shape the vision, and own delivery and growth.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of experience in hybrid delivery/sales within consulting or professional services with accountability for project success.
• Demonstrated experience owning delivery quality and account growth on the same engagement.
• Track record scoping and delivering $50K–$1M services engagements.
• History building account plans and roadmaps carrying pilots into broader rollouts.
• Comfort activating accounts after landing and owning activation and expansion.

Responsibilities

• Lead activation for Anthropic-focused accounts, converting interest into well-scoped engagements.
• Own end-to-end delivery oversight, identifying risks early.
• Build and maintain account plans and use-case backlogs that scale pilots into multi-phase programs.
• Shape AI and data roadmaps with client stakeholders to drive measurable outcomes.
• Partner with Anthropic field teams and internal Sales/Delivery leadership to identify expansion opportunities.
• Provide strategic leadership in executive meetings, QBRs, and roadmap discussions.
• Mentor team members and foster learning, feedback, and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to internal playbooks and repeatable patterns for AI and data outcomes.
