Qualifications

• 6+ years in business analysis or product development in data/analytics.
• 4+ years in a client-facing consulting environment.
• Ability to lead interviews and workshops across levels.
• Excellent written and oral communication for non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on AI experience to accelerate BA activities in client delivery.

Responsibilities

• Executive & stakeholder discovery through interviews and workshops.
• Design value streams, map as-is and to-be processes, identify bottlenecks.
• Elicit requirements for data, AI and GenAI with acceptance criteria.
• Own delivery quality, oversee UAT and change management activities.
• Build client relationships as a trusted advisor.
