Job summary

QAD, Inc. is building Champion AI and seeks an AI Sales Solutions Engineer to design end-to-end agentic solutions for manufacturing customers, without engineering involvement. You will join a small team and leverage a pre-built foundation to translate business goals into actionable agents.

You’ll conduct discovery workshops, map KPIs, and configure agents using natural language and drag-and-drop. This role emphasizes domain fluency, customer-facing delivery, and impact-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• Expertise in end-to-end ERP processes such as P2P and O2C, and related business outcomes.
• Ability to decompose outcomes into agents and data flows.
• Familiar with low-code / no-code platforms and natural-language interfaces.
• Strong workshop facilitation and executive-level presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead opportunities with Account Executive to deliver working agentic solutions.
• Run process discovery workshops with champion users across standard processes.
• Design agentic solutions and determine greenfield vs brownfield integration with ERP systems.
• Map KPIs to the platform to ensure measurable business outcomes.
• Configure triggers, logic, data sources, and hand-offs using natural language and drag-and-drop.
• Present the solution anchored in OTIF, working capital, cycle time, and cost reduction.
