Job summary

QAD Redzone is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive expansion within our active customer base in the Midwest, Central, or Eastern U.S. You will lead end-to-end deals, expand Champion AI agents, and upgrade customers to the Adaptive ERP platform on AWS, while cross-selling our full product suite.

You will work closely with Customer Success Managers to uncover whitespace, build compelling business cases for AI, and manage complex expansion opportunities with executive sponsors across

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience selling SaaS complex solutions.
• Experience in a customer account executive or expansion role.
• Ability to sell AI capabilities and build business cases.

Responsibilities

• Drive expansion within existing active customers and upsell Champion AI agents and AWS-based Adaptive ERP.
• Analyze whitespace and growth opportunities within accounts.
• Build AI business cases and demonstrate ROI.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to align expansion triggers.
• Manage high-value cross-sell opportunities.
• Maintain executive sponsor relationships.
• Maintain forecasting, pipeline health, and CRM hygiene.
