Job summary

the company is seeking an AI Professional to design, build, and ship AI systems powering our business—from autonomous agents to CRM automations and marketing tools. This builder role handles ideas through working product end to end.

You will move quickly from concept to deployment, collaborating across sales, marketing, and operations while shaping how AI enhances workflows in a remote, fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building AI agents or LLM-powered applications (production, not just prototypes).
• Strong software development skills — able to own a build from architecture to deployment.
• Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel) and building automations within them.
• Working knowledge of sales/marketing workflows and how AI can improve conversion, speed and personalization.
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic), automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make), and modern dev tooling.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and ship in a fast-moving, remote environment.
• Strong communication skills — able to explain technical systems to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI agents that automate real workflows across sales, marketing, and operations
• Develop custom software and internal tools that integrate AI into day-to-day business processes
• Build and maintain CRM automations — lead routing, scoring, follow-ups, and pipeline reporting
• Create AI-powered sales and marketing tools (outreach automation, content generation, lead qualification, personalization at scale)
• Integrate AI models and APIs into existing platforms and workflows
• Prototype quickly, test with real users, and iterate based on what actually moves the needle
• Evaluate and stand up new AI tools, frameworks, and platforms as the space evolves
• Document systems and train team members on new AI-driven workflows
