Job summary

QAD, Inc. is seeking an AI Solutions Architect to lead customer engagements, design agentic AI deployments, and drive end-to-end delivery from workshops to production go-live.

You will collaborate with offshore FDE teams and work on ERP/PLM/EDI integrations, shaping solutions for core manufacturing value chains. The role emphasizes hands-on prototyping, architectural design, and sustained customer relationships through go-live and continuous feedback.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of modern AI agents, including LLMs, tool/function calling, RAG, autonomy, and human-in-the-loop design patterns.
• Proven experience leading customer-facing workshops or discovery sessions with enterprise stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to architect integrated enterprise solutions (ERPs, enterprise data flows, and contextualizing AI with customer data).
• Hands-on technical depth to prototype and pair credibly with software engineers.

Responsibilities

• Run Agentic Process Workshops with customer process owners across core manufacturing value chains.
• Adapt requirements into structured agentic flows and estimate work upfront.
• Architect the deployment design including ERP, PLM, EDI, email, and sourcing tools; prototype on-site as needed.
• Collaborate with offshore FDE team throughout build phase and support go-live.
